We also care about how our clients approach sustainability, and we wish to strengthen the trust between all our associates by developing shared sustainability goals. Our goal is to be the most client-centred marketing and communications agency by 2025.

1. Client sustainability

We care about our clients’ approach to sustainability. We are interested in our clients’ sustainability choices, and we encourage all our clients to choose more sustainable alternatives.

2. Advancing sustainable societal transformation

Societal well-being begins on local level. We want to do our part with pro bono work for e.g., charity organisations and events. We offer our ongoing support to Hope – Yhdessä & Yhteisesti charity organisation, and Idea Group has a donation BloodGroup at the Finnish Red Cross Blood Service. Our goal is to always have at least two ongoing charity projects.

3. Client and subcontractor experience

We value our customers and subcontractors, so we wish to take good care of our strategic partnerships. We measure client satisfaction with yearly surveys and when projects are completed. We develop our business based on this valuable feedback. Our NPS is over 80% and our overall grade is 8.8/10. More than 8 out of 10 of our clients would recommend us to their own partners. These figures inspire us to successful performances in the future and help us to strengthen our much-praised customer journey.

Priority areas

We want to be the pioneers of minimising the carbon footprint of event productions. Our aim is to be carbon neutral by 2025: this applies both to our business and the events that we arrange.
