We are invested in following how well we reach our goals; for this, we use workplace satisfaction surveys and client surveys that also include questions about sustainability. We follow our sustainability programme and ensure that all the goals are met.

2. Well-being and work safety of our personnel

We support the well-being of our employees in several ways. All our employees have comprehensive medical coverage including occupational health care. An elected occupational safety representative promotes the health and safety of Idea Group’s employees, and we also have a safety and health committee.

Our skilful, inspired, and engaged employees are the basis of everything we do, so we monitor their well-being on a regular basis with work satisfaction surveys. A weekly poll also gives us up-to-date information about how satisfied our valuable employees are. We have regular one-to-one discussions between management and employees, and the main theme of the discussions is the well-being of the personnel.
