The event’s theme – the union between artificial intelligence and marketing – was forged with Luxid. They invited interesting speakers and arranged for an opportunity to test some AI tools. We took care of all the other arrangements and coordination: from finding the venue and subcontractors to designing printed materials and welcoming guests at the door. We also contacted the media during the weeks leading up to the event by sending invitations, background releases and press releases to chosen journalists and media outlets.

The venue was Hotel Mestari in Helsinki. Their top-notch conference rooms and latest technical solutions, including a 30-m2 media wall, were perfect for the event’s theme. We added details and finishing touches so that the event and venue perfectly matched the Luxid brand.

The event was streamed with the help of our partner Kuja Media, so even the remote guests could enjoy the show. The AI Lab built at the venue was a great success: with Luxid’s experts, the guests could see in practice how AI produces images and texts based on the prompts collected from the guests. The AI images created during the day were shown on screens delivered to the venue.

The event was aimed at clients and partners with whom Luxid wanted to share the latest news in the field. At the same time, it was an opportunity to present Luxid Group, founded in 2022 when ID BBN joined forces with Luxus Worldwide. ID BBN specialised in marketing automation, while Luxus Worldwide specialised in marketing technology and digital design.
