Time to speak up – launch of Jabra Speak2 series

Jabra designs, manufactures, and markets wireless and corded headsets, video conferencing sets and speakerphones for consumer and business clients. We arranged an elegant and easygoing product launch event for Jabra’s retailers at Hotel St. George in Helsinki.

Jabra has a passion for sound. Thanks to the top technology they use, their products allow the human ear to catch all the nuances of the sounds without any disturbances and on the right frequency. Easy-to-use Jabra products offer a natural and intuitive user experience.

Jabra headsets and speakers are well-known and appreciated in the Finnish market. They are sold through retailer channels, so retailers are vital partners for Jabra.

Launch of a new product in spectacular surroundings

Jabra wanted to attract the retailers’ attention to the new Speak2 series in a relaxed and elegant environment. They chose us as their event production partner, and based on our previous cooperation, we already knew the core of the Jabra brand and its range of products. We specifically looked for a venue for the product launch that supported their brand. We chose Wintergarden at Hotel St. George, first suggested by the client.

The stylish, intimate and even luxurious venue was the perfect choice: it created the desired atmosphere for the event. A dull lecture hall is no longer appealing or enough to modern guests, so we offered them a lounge with a warming fireplace and delicious breakfast – the surroundings worthy of the star of the day: Jabra Speak2.

Receiving information about a product while sitting and chatting on a comfortable sofa is much more meaningful than having the traditional stage and rows of chairs”, praises the Channel Marketing Manager Jonna Melo da Silva from Jabra.

A successful event is the sum of its parts

During the breakfast event, the guests also got to know other Jabra products presented by Jabra staff in a separate promotional area. The impressive area had Jabra furniture, additional structures, unveiling cloths, and lighting.

Besides product demos, the event had three keynote speakers discussing video and sound techniques and the Jabra brand. We created space for casual fireside talks between speakers before the fireplace.

The event ended with an afternoon coffee and a chance to change ideas. Afterwards, Jabra delivered sample versions of the new products to every participant, ensuring that every retailer could try them.

When everything is thought out

We took care of all the planning and practical arrangements of the event and the promotional area, ordering and coordinating the Finnish printed materials and the logistics. We even made sure that the presentation materials ran smoothly on the computers. Our technical partner was Kuja Media.
