Idea Group created a brand and communication handbook for Jalo & Jalo. We also created a unified, fresh visual look for both the parent company and its subsidiary. In addition, we redesigned Jalo & Jalo’s web page, created a graphic charter, and designed a set of basic forms.
After the brand renewal was complete, the client wanted to share Jalo & Jalo’s brand and the brand’s essential elements with company’s key personnel. With their help, the essential parts of the renewal could be shared with the rest of the organisation as well.
Jalo & Jalo also wanted to guide their employees towards on-brand communication, both internally and with clients. For this purpose, we arranged a tailored training session for Jalo & Jalo’s employees.
The training was used for sharing the key parts of the brand and communication guide with personnel, outlining the goals and core messages of communication, and reviewing the basic principles and advantages of internal communication and customer messaging. We also gave practical examples and messaging tips to everyone attending the training.
“The training was easy to follow and contained everything that was important for our personnel to know. The target group of the training had been carefully considered, and during the training, we also had time for great and lively discussions. I believe that the training materials will be very useful for our personnel in their everyday work,” said Jalo & Jalo’s financial director Toni Jalo.
In addition to communication training, we arranged a separate training opportunity where we discussed social media planning, content, and best practices with Jalo & Jalo’s social media team.
“The training was very practical which suited our team well. The team updates Jalo & Jalo’s social media channels as a part of their other daily work, and everything they learned in the training went straight into use.”
